All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via secure servers provided by Paypal & Protx

All prices quoted on our website are for new products and are priced in British Pounds (sterling - £) including any value added tax (VAT) at the current UK standard rate (20%) where applicable. Prices exclude delivery, but delivery costs for your order will be clearly shown before checkout and completion of your order.

Accuracy of Information
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions and specifications for the products sold on our website error may unfortunately occur. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us either by email or using our Customer Service telephone number to discuss the product in more detail.

All details and specifications are accurate as at time of print, but may subsequently change. The photographs and colours are representative only and while we make every effort to ensure the products depicted in the photographs are as close as possible to the actual specification there may by slight variations.

Delivery Details
Providing we have the required products in stock, we will endeavour to ship your order within 10 working days from the clearance of your payment. Please note that all delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of our company. Whilst every effort is made to stock as many of the products we list on our website at all times, it is not always possible and sometimes events out of our control dictate any delays.

We currently use UK Mail next day service to deliver our larger products and Parcelforce Standard Parcel service for small items.

Returns Policy
Here at Bumps"n"Babies, we want all our customers to be happy with the goods you purchase from us. Our returns policy is detailed below:

Returns and cancellations

As an internet customer the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order (by letter, fax or email) up to 7 working days following the day after delivery takes place, but you must quote your order number to assist us in identifying your order promptly.

The goods must then be returned, at your cost, to our store within 7 working days of such notice (a working day excludes weekends and bank holidays). Products must be returned complete and unused, in the original packaging and with all accessories. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. In the event that you return part of an order and the order value then falls below the free delivery value of £100 the sum of £3.95 (representing the carriage/postage charge) will be deducted from your refund.

You must take reasonable care of the product, and its packaging whilst it is in your possession. Any labels attached either internally or externally to the product must still be attached.

Your original order payment will then be refunded as soon as possible after receipt by us of the returned goods (at the latest within 30 working days)less the sum of £10 to cover the initial shipping costs. Items which have been used will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

Please note that any items not correctly packaged or not in the original packaging will be subject to a re-packaging charge. This will be calculated on an individual basis.

Please be aware that pushchairs should only be tried indoors to decide whether they are suitable. If used outdoors during this time the cost of new wheels will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty item

If your item is received faulty, has not been used and the packaging was not signed for as damaged, please contact us by telephone or email with pictures and your order details together with details of the fault.

In the event of your product developing a fault after use please telephone or email us with details of the fault together with your order number and contact details. If possible please email a picture of the fault to see if it can be rectified without having to return the product. If we consider the item needs to be returned to us for inspection and it is found that a manufacturing fault has not occurred any costs incurred by us will be charged to the customer.
Please note, any costs of collection or despatch in respect of rectifying any product faults are the responsibility of the Purchaser. If the product is within the warranty period and is covered under the warranty only the labour and spare part costs will be provided free of charge.

Faults caused by accident, neglect, or mis-use by the customer or normal wear and tear are not covered. In the event of a non-manufacturing fault the repair and return carriage charge will be at the Purchaser's expense.We will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt and inspection of the items.

To return an Item:
Please contact our customer service team first, before returning an item, so that we are aware that the product is being returned and the reasoning behind it. Please remember to enclose a copy of your original invoice. Items need to be wrapped securely and sent to the following address:
